Terms and Conditions for 30-day Home Audition

• Item must be post dated within 30 days of the original shipment arrival date
• Original shipping costs are not refundable
• Paypal fees are non-refundable
• All returns MUST be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice from PayPal, or it may not be processed
• Item must be in new/excellent condition

Return Shipping

• Please email us for an RMA number
• Do not send anything back to us via UPS or FedEx as they charge import and duty fees! Fees incurred by us as a result of shipping via these two carriers will be deducted from any outstanding refund amount
• Everything must be shipped back to us via your respective Postal Service

Auction, B Stock, Special & Custom Orders

• Power cords won at auction (demo cords included) and Special or Custom ordered items including "B" stock items (length or configuration) are not eligible for return under any circumstances
